Migrating settings from one pc to another

is there a easy way to copy settings from one computer to another, mainly referring to custom keyboard shortcuts, workspaces and preferences. I’ve got a new laptop and can’t seem to find a way to migrate all my custom settings and preferences from my desktop to the laptop, with other adobe applications like premiere and audition it doesn’t seam that hard but with photoshop it’s proving to be more difficult.
