Minha assinatura não atualiza.

Fiz o pagamento do plano anual, mas meu perfil não atualizou. Ainda aparece como plano gratuito e quanto peço para atualizar as compras, diz que não tenho nenhuma compra. Entretanto a assinatura aparece na App Store. O que fazer?
