Minimize tabs within window

I have the new photoshop 2021.  Used to be I could minimize the window, without tiling them.  I'm on PC. Can't seem to do this now.  Not stuck in full screen, just can't minimize the tabs so I can see images together. Used to be able to.   Any one?

I'm on a PC using Photoshop 22.5. I am able to move the images around where they are no longer consolidated as tabs to see more than one at a time. It also works to go to Window > Arrange and select one of the other file arrangement options such as 2-up Vertical. Does that option work for you?

I know I can tile them but I can’t minimize them either to the screen bottom or just smaller to look at 2 together without tiling all of them. Older versions did that. What am I missing?
