I get the attached error message when opening a document in Photoshop. I have visited the adobe fonts page and activated the font in question, but for some reason it doesn't show up in Photoshop. How do I fix this?

Hi @Chris201Chris

One thing I'm seeing is that your error message the typeface name as one word "MuseoSans".

Adobe Fonts has it as two words: "Museo Sans", and I'm wondering if you have a different version activated than the one that was originally used?

Activating from Adobe Fonts should make the typeface show up in your list immediately. Try some of these ideas to see if any work:

  • Make sure you don't have any filters on.
  • Try typing the name (or part of it) into the search box.
  • Try Quitting PS and relaunching.
  • Try deactivating the typeface in Adobe Fonts, then activate it again.
