Missing Icons in Adjustment Panel - Photoshop 25.12

I've noticed that my adjustment panel has no icons (See attached screen shot). I’m in the Photography workspace and have just downloaded the latest version of Photoshop (25.12). The adjustment window is set to “Classic” view.

Here are my system details:

• MacBook Pro M2, 64 GB RAM
• macOS Ventura 13.2.1

I searched the support community archive and found a similar thread from over a year ago, but there was no definitive solution.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, @Timbata. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll move this post to Photoshop Beta. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here. 

Try closing the panel from panel Menu > Close & opening it again from Window > Adjustments.

If this does not help, go to Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials & check if that helps.

If the above-mentioned steps don't help, try these steps to manually clear up preferences in Photoshop:

Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to back up. (https://adobe.ly/3u7u84j)
macOS: Hold down the Option key in the Finder when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.

Library > Preferences > Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings

Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2024 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2024.old)

This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a new installation.

Thank you for your reply. I followed all the steps you suggested, but the Adjustment panel icons are still not visible. I have attached a PDF of my Adobe system info.

Do you recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
