Missing MSCVR120.DLL and MSCVP120.DLL during installation???

Cannot install Photoshop Elements 2023 on new Windows 11 laptop. 

Error message: 183. Help suggestions did not solve the issue.

What to do?

@mads_rahbek try installing this from Microsoft

    Thanks, but same error.

    Hi Traynor

    Installed the home-updater and it updated the Microsoft Visual C++, but Adobe continues to refuse to install claiming that the emscvr120.dll and mscvp120.dll files are missing???
    I'm now trying to locate where they should be and insert them manually:-)

    I can find the dll files in many locations on the C-drive. 

    Do you know there Abobe needs them to be?
