Missing MSCVR120.DLL and MSCVP120.DLL during installation???

Cannot install Photoshop Elements 2023 on new Windows 11 laptop.

Error message: 183. Help suggestions did not solve the issue.

What to do?

I can find the dll files in many locations on the C-drive.

Do you know there Abobe needs them to be?

Problem solved. Started exe file from adobe folder and after activation, it work fine:-)

No understanding of why the installer wasn't happy:-)
