Missing panels icons

Hi everyone, i'm having a weird issue since this morning, i have some missing panels icon on my left bar, see for yourself :

These missing icons are "Plug-in" and "Librairies".

I tried to reste workspace, reinstalled photoshop but so far i'm not able to fix this. Any idea ?
