missing: solid color adjustment layer & unsticky task bar

The panel has been available for a long time. What changed in this latest version was the size of the icons (they got smaller), the option to view as a list, and the addition of presets.

Okay I see, so basically from what you say the adjusments panel was added in addition to the adjusment layers options, not instead. I tried to find a way to delete my messege so it won't confuse others but I see no option for editining nor deleting. Thanks for your help!

Solid Color has not been removed from the adjustments panel. It was never in the ajustments panel (which makes sense as it is a layer not an adjustment). The same 16 adjustments, as are in the panel now were in every version I've just looked at as far back as CC2018 at which point I stopped looking.

It (Solid Color) was, and remains available from the icon at the bottom of the layers panel.

Use the Legacy popup menu at the bottom of the panel.

I otherwise agree it shouldn't be missing. To add all options is only three icons more.

 I'm also wondering. I see there is a 'selective color' option in the adjusments panel but it doesn't act exactly the same as 'solid color'. If Adobe removed this option from the menu it is horrible . I know many artists use this option and there is no real reason for removing this feature. Please troubleshoot this ASAP. And otherwise I will need to install a previous version.
