Missing Timelines (Animations and Video) in Photoshop Library

I create a video animation in Photoshop using the timeline and add it to the CC library. After I add it to the library and then bring it back into the Photoshop document, the timeline is blank. Is this normal?

Hi @Enzo5EB8, no that doesn't sound normal to me. Have you been able to do this before and retain the timeline or did this just start happening? Are you running the latest release, 24.1.1? Is the only outlier adding the file to the cloud and then bringing it back in?

This is the first I've noticed it happening. I'm running on 24.1.0. Yes, it's the only outlier.
