Missing tool icons in Photoshop

The icons are missing but seemingly only for the essential tools. I've reset preferences, deleted font caches, reset tools, and even re-installed it but to no avail. 

I'm running version 24.7.

Hi Frazer.  Is this in the full release or beta version?  We have seen several posts from people having the same issue, and two (one of them me) with no icons in the Adjustments panel.  The latest update fixed it for me in the full release version, but I still have my issue in the beta version.

Interestingly, the first time I open the beta version after starting my computer, I have the icons, but if I close and reopen the beta version, the icons are missing every time.  I am using Windows 11.

This is from the full release, I did have the beta installed at the time when the issues started but uninstalled it to see if it would fix the issue. I've since re-installed Photoshop (24.7) but the tools are still missing. 

Side note: the other tool icons are still there it seems to solely effect the essential tools
