Mixing Brush Wet Setting Not working on Mac Mojave 10.14.1

Just updated to Mojave 10.14.1 and notice that the mixing brush wet setting seems to be at 100% regardless of anything but zero. I was running 10.14.1 Beta before and the wet setting worked as expected. Because of the issue with the busy brush in PS CC 2019, also running Photoshop CC 2018. Same wet settings on PS CC 2018 work as expected.

As anyone else noticed this?

may I ask you what kind of input are you using? (i.e. mouse, trackpad, tablet ecc.)

Wacom Tablet. BUT as I stated, it was working fine up till an hour ago when I updated to the official 10.14.1.

For the record, I tried with my mouse and it's still the same. Wet setting of zero produces nothing, a setting between 1-100 percent = 100 percent.

Well, I'm sure you already did it but just to be sure: did you checked all parameters on the option bar? (included the evil "set smoothing stroke" ofc)

Thanks for the assist however, my setting are the same for both Photoshop CC 2019 and Photoshop CC 2018. The ONLY change has been the update to the official 10.14.1 release. It's not a big deal for me since most if not all of my brush work is done with Photoshop CC 2018. I'm just keeping PS CC 2019 installed in hope that it will be completely "fixed" one day

No problem at all, my pleasure. Any case I will investigate further when I will be back at home (where I have even a Cintiq).
