Mixoos Extension no longer working.

I was using Mixoos only for a few weeks, then updated to the most recent 2022 version, and now it doesn't even show up in Windos>Extensions, yet Coolorus does. I've attempted to contact the company as well as looking for solutions and nothing I have attempted has worked.

Went to a previous version, and while the extension was there, attempting to click the Activate button with my license typed in did nothing. 

Went through every file folder I could find to delete it, then attempt to reinstall it also did nothing, same problems: Newest version of PS it doesn't show up, Older versions it can't activate.

 

I had spoken to someone who also uses Mixoos, also updated to the newest version of PS, and theirs works.

    I too am having the very same issue, since the upgrade to CC 2022.

    I have held off contacting them, as they didn't reply to a previous issue I have. It is a shame as I really did like that little

    plugin. 

    Keen to hear if you get it fixed.

    Ideally, it's best to get help directly from Mixoos because they know where they install everything and compatibility details.

     

    Is Mixoos and Coolorus installed in the same location?

    • C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\Extensions\

    Or is one installed here:

    • C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version number>\Plug-ins\Panels\
