Mobile PS app says “device is out of space” even though cloud has plenty

Hello! Since I am a busy person always on the go, I use my iPad mobile PS much more often than the desk version. Now I am stuck, I have plenty of cloud storage (something like 93 percent free) but photoshop app says device is out of space. And so my current project is at a standstill. How can I fix this?

It says "device is out of space", so your iPad's storage is meant and not your Cloud storage.

Ample space now. I did 2 things: optimized images to save space, and remembered to offload many of my apps. Helped greatly! See "before and after" images below.
