Hi,

I tried importing a pad file into Photoshop CC 2018, but it was saying: "Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of Photoshop. "

What can I do to resolve this?

Thanks.

Hi

Do you mean Photoshop for iPad? It creates a Cloud document with a .psdc extension and you will need PS 2020 to open it. The error message is telling you that you can't open the new file format in an old version of PS.

To resolve it, you will need a newer version of Photoshop.

What type of file is a pad file how did you try to import it into CC 2018?  Why the Title Mock-up? As far as I know  a PAD file is not a file type that Photoshop supports.
