Mockup Files don't work on 2024

The Screen is all grey when i open a mockup file.

I tried. Photoshop settings/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" and restart PS.

But its not working!

Hi ive been having the same problem, any solutions? the screen is black plus i dont have the "Disable Native Canvas" option

Did you copy the file and paste it into Photoshop? What you describe happens with PNG files. If you right click and save to a local drive, and open in Photoshop, that might fix it for you.

Nop, all mockups i have downloaded before are same

bbut we tried on pc it works , on mac it doesn't work

The only solution that comes to mind is to try resetting preferences. This can resolve many unusual issues in Photoshop.

I have dowloaded from creatsy , i solved the problem before but now on 2024 its not working (same solition)
