Mockup Files don't work on 2024

The Screen is all grey when i open a mockup file.

I tried. Photoshop settings/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas" and restart PS.

But its not working!

Hi ive been having the same problem, any solutions? the screen is black plus i dont have the "Disable Native Canvas" option

Hi Merve,

It sounds like you might have downloaded the version with 3D layers. We have two versions of these files: one for older Photoshop versions with 3D layers, and another with smart objects for the newer Photoshop versions.

I am sending you the version with smart objects through WeTransfer for your convenience.

Nop, all mockups i have downloaded before are same

bbut we tried on pc it works , on mac it doesn't work

The only solution that comes to mind is to try resetting preferences. This can resolve many unusual issues in Photoshop.

I have dowloaded from creatsy , i solved the problem before but now on 2024 its not working (same solition)
