Motion blur while maintaining grid- urgent, please help

Hello, how can I use motion blur while still maintaining a grid aka sharp edges like the image pictured below? Please help, I can't find any answers online.

    You'll need to blur each element indevidually, and then arrange them.  The Move > Align tools would help you do this.

    Laying down guides (View > Guides > New Guide Layout) would also holp as the layers would snap to the guides

    BTW, have a look at Path Blur.  It is sooooo much nicer than Motion blur.
