Move all color sliders at once using hotkey CMYK RGB

I used to be able to hold shift or was it shift alt, in any case none of them work now since I reseet Photoshop.

All I need to do is move all the CMYK sliders at the same time,

thus making light and darker shdes of the same color. It worked fine until I re-installed.

Also, can you upload your preferences to your adobe account so you dont have to export and import them all for each program every time?
