Move photoshop to applications folder on Macbook Pro

Somehow my Photoshop 2023 got put into my Pictures folder.  How can I move it to my applications folder?

I wouldn't move it, as it might not work correctly. Instead:

  • Back up presets, then uninstall using the CC app
  • In the CC app, change the install location to the Default Applications folder
  • Reinstall
