Move tool doesn't select clipping mask layer

Clipping masked layer to the group no longer possible to select the layer using the Move tool.

Once I make a clipping mask to the group for the black layer it no longer possible to select it, overvise if I make a clipping mask to the layer (background) it is possible to select.

Also, it works when in a group with only one layer. Once you add another it doesn't select a layer anymore.

You should still be able to select it by selecting your black layer in the Layers panel. Then once it's selected, you can move it.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand there is another way to select this black layer but the problem is that the Move tool doesn't work properly with a layer clipped to a group.
I would like to know if it's a bug or if I can fix it in the settings.

When you have 30+ layers, for example, it kinda takes time to find this layer in the layer panel.
