Hello,
I've got a bug where my video files (both .mp4 and .mov), when opening in Photoshop with a weird offset happening in the composition. See the red section in the attached screenshot. I'm working on Windows 10 Pro.
Is this a reported bug, and there's a solution in place for it or not?
Thanks in advance for your help.

When I open a video file through Bridge or a Photoshop file with a Video in it, the video is offset.
If I close Bridge and Photoshop, then open Photoshop alone the problem is okay.
I don't want to have to do this everytime as I usually open Bridge and work from there.
I have the most recent version of Photoshop installed, but I did try older versions.
I am using a PC wirh Windows 11.
Help!

when I open a normal mp4 into photoshpop 2024 as well as the beta version it takes a small part of the right side of the video and moves it to the left. This happens to any mp4 that I open. How can I fix this?

Hi, I merged some discussions with similar issues.
does everyone have Bridge open? What is the origin of the videos? Does it happen with default preferences? Try to restore your preferences to the default using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually it lets you keep a copy on the desktop that you can use to revert the process.

Closing Bridge did not work for me. The video files still open offset.
