Thanks for reaching out. I have tried making something similar, noted down the steps below:
1) Take a new layer with the dimensions of your choice.

2) Add the background of the Logo. Adjust the Opacity and Fill.

3) Add the first part of the text with your choice of font and color. For reference, I have taken white color.

4) Add the second part of the text with a different font and color. Here I have taken black.

5) With the help of the Rectangular Marquee tool, add a layer below the second text layer and add a contrast color; I have added white to highlight the text "DAY."
