Multi GPU = no transform tool ???

Hi,
Following the release of version 24.0 of Photoshop, I no longer had access to the basic "Transform Tool" and, unable to find a solution, I ended up formatting my computer...

So, I have a brand new system, up-to-date drivers, and an up-to-date version of Photoshop, yet the same problem persists (and you can appreciate the joke of  "click to discover how to fix the problem" that sends you to a 404 page) !!!

Eventually, I found a workaround: I disabled graphics acceleration in Photoshop options, even though the included GPU testing tool indicates that my graphics cards are compatible.

But I have TWO identicals graphics cards, so what ?

- Does Photoshop have a bug when there are more than one graphics cards in 2023 ?
- Is this normal or just me ?
- Is there a way to force Photoshop to only use one of the graphics cards (which would be better than none) ?

I am dismayed to see the implementation of "Neural Filters" that require GPU... BUT THE CORE OF PHOTOSHOP DOESN'T SUPPORT MULTI-GPU???

Thanks in advance, I am at my wit's end.
And sorry for the capital letters, I had some frustration to vent after all the time wasted reformatting my system for nothing...

@lucaso52534944 Photoshop does not work well with dual GPU's, take a look here, especially sections 6 and 7

The reason dual GPUs is a problem, is that Photoshop uses the GPU for actual data processing, and the result returned to Photoshop for further processing.

You can't send data to one GPU and get it back from the other.

Most other applications just use the GPU in a simple downstream flow that can be redirected. So it works there.

I wonder how the videogames, or the rendering farms are able to alleviate the issue.
