Multiple Issues in Photoshop 24.1 / Adjusment layers / Properties panel

Enthusiast ,
Dec 20, 2022 Dec 20, 2022

After the new Photoshop update, I

- cannot open any adjustment layers I created (I tried all troubleshooting tips already).

My version is 24.1.0 20221206.r.166 be4691b x64

Any helpful ideas greatly appreciated!

I am going to suggest you reset the photoshop preferences, but manually instead of from within photoshop itself.

Go to

Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2023

and trash the

Adobe Photoshop 2023 Settings folder

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

If that doesn't seem to make a difference, please post the contents of the Help>System Info

from within photoshop and that might help narrow down the cause.

Hi Jeff.  I reset my preferences and restarted Photoshop and that seemed to have done the trick. Thank you.
