My cursor changed

Hi! I was editing with eraser and stuff like that, and suddenly it changed to this: (the photo) Now I can't see the size it has when I change it, the only time it changes to an arrow it's when you select or move the image, if not it stays like this, it was very different

Press the Caps Lock key to toggle away from the Precision cursor.
