My Home Screen shows no 'Cloud Documents' tab

I have been using my ipad more to start some of my ideas with Adobe Fresco. I recently learned that I should be able to seamlessly work between Fresco and Photoshop, only when I went to try I had a bit of an issue. I have no 'Cloud Documents' tab on my home screen. I will admit that I did click the 'Don't Show This Again' checkbox when it came up asking about saving to the cloud not thinking about ever needing it. Before you suggest I go into Edit>Preferences>General>[Reset All Warning Dialogs], been there, done that, twice ... just to make sure(after the second time I closed, then reopened Photoshop.

If anyone else has experienced this and found a way to resolve it please let me know! Pretty please?

I did eventually spot my issue. It seemed that I still had an old version of Photoshop installed.

When I went to go open Photoshop 2020 in the Creative Cloud Desktop, I had opened Photoshop 20.0.8 instead of Photoshop 21.0.3. A utterly silly mistake on my part. Although, it does lead to another question, possibly for another thread, why does Adobe have it setup so that I can view both the new and older version of Photoshop in the CC Desktop?

With the release of 2020 the older version was not deleted. I'm not sure why. Glad you figured it out.

Let's clarify - you want to work with Fresco on the iPad and Photoshop on the desktop or iPad?

You can see your cloud documents in the Fresco home page? You can also access cloud documents in your creative cloud app. I'm assuming you somehow deleted the cloud documents in the home screen of Photoshop - no clue how you managed it but if resetting the prefs doesn't work, you might have to unistall and reinstall.

Hello Melissa,

I am trying to use Fresco on the iPad and Photoshop for desktop.

I don't believe that I deleted anything in the last couple months since Ps20 has been out. Although, I think un-/reinstall is what I will have to try next.
