My images on my phone are faded however not anywhere else

I'm exporting a set from my pc to my phone and all the images colors keep coming out as washed. I'm on an IPS monitor that has yielded consistant color results in the past, I'm converting to sRGB, and I've tried exporting from both Lightroom and Photoshop with no success on either one. The weird thing is, when viewed on google drive on my phone the images look fine, but when I download them so I can post to instagram the colors get washed. This also happens when I directly export the images from my computer to my phone with a USB-C cable. It could be just my phone but I was curious if anyone knew a solution or was having a similar issue.

You mentioned you are converting to sRGB but could it be that a color profile is not getting embedded into the files? A lack of a color profile may explain the inconsistent look.

    Yeah I've also tried embedding color profiles with no success either. The issue also only seems to happen on my Galaxy. Every other device I've checked has displayed the image fine.
