My layers and all my work is gone :c

Hi, my psd file with many layers changed into file with just only one layer , a black background. This happened to me yesterday :c I saved my work the night before and when I opened it the next day all my work was gone. All my layers, brushes and swatches were gone ,the file only have a black background layer but it still have a 165 mb size so it was not empty :ccc Just like that days of work were gone. There are no previus versions of this file in properties. Is there a way to recover this file?
