My Menu Command Doesnt Working After Latest Updated in Adobe

Hello everyone,I need help. My Adobe cannot do menu command such as Undo (Cntrl + Z) and Cntrl + T after latest update. Can somebody help me ? Thank you very much

I'm not sure exactly. Try reset button.

already reset, uninstall and reinstall but not work. I also download the older version, but still same. Its also effect my undo in microsoft word. But i still can use copy paste, copy all etc which mean my buttons working.

Did you restart your computer after updating your apps?

win10, 64bit. Yes. Already restart after that.

i use the photoshop and illustrator. i am already updated the latest one and the problem appears.
