My new file opening interface is different than before.

Hello.

When i try to create a new file, it shows up in a way that didn't before. It's like in the image attached.

I have tried to click this option to make the New Legacy version come back, and have restarted the app countless times, but it didn't work. What other option do i have? Thank you

That is the legacy version. Un-checking the box will get you back to the new version.

The image you show is the legacy New Document interface. If you want the newer version that replaced it, then uncheck 'Use Legacy New Document Interface'. Click OK then close and re-open Photoshop.
