My Photoshop CS6 keeps crashing.

*This is a simple straight forward statement. Let's see how ridiculous and complicated this posting gets.*

I'm using an iMac. Sierra, 10.12.6

    I have full administration

There is no message, the program crashed.

I'm aware Adobe no longer sells CS6. I'm going to talk to them about my purchase.

Also, I'm the one that was insulted and called a troll.

I have seen it mentioned that an OLD version of Java must be installed to get an old program (CS6 and earlier) working with your new operating system https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1572?locale=en_US

Owners of old programs simply have problems with Mac El Capitan/Sierra... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working... Apple changed their operating system and THAT is why your old programs won't work, not because of anything Adobe did... Also... every time Apple issues an update, there is the risk that an old program that HAS been working will STOP working... bottom line, old programs require a matching old operating system

My similar problem with a Windows 10 system was fixed by replacing the graphics card driver with the most recent version of the driver available.

No one is harrassing you.  I'm not a Mac user it look like you have now posted part of your Mac's crash report.  If you post more of it perhaps some knowagable Mac users can point out where the problem is...

How ridiculous the post gets - are you just trolling to see responses. No one can help you without more information...

See. This is a perfect example of an unhelpful response...

What more information is there to give? I tried using my Photoshop CS6 and the program crashed. It's a simple statement. I need a solution since the call center for Adobe told me to post on the forum because they were either incompetent or unwilling to help. Now you're already challenging me for a simple post. I don't understand why I have to resort to having a public discussion about a problem that could should be handled by Adobe Support. That's just ridiculous.

I'n not an Adobe support person an I don't know whey they couldn't help you. You could share what you discussed / ruled out with them.  I volunteer my time to answer questions on the forums, just like all the other people who answer questions. There could be a million reasons why your Photoshop CS6 is crashing. The more information you give, like are you using mac or windows, which version, what are you doing when it crashes, did something change recently, did it work before, etc. are all helpful. You simple statement doesn't have a simple answer and your comment leads me to believe you have intent to harass anyone who answers - so good luck with that.

Update your video driver. If you have more than one GPU, disable all but one.

What is a video driver? How do I update it?

What is a GPU? How do I disable it/them?
