I have been having this problem for over a week already: my Photoshop has suddenly stopped opening!
It starts to initialize, but it does not finish this process and shuts off immediately. I have found some solutions that have worked sometimes, but it does not last. I have sought professional help (I checked my graphics card, my 3D configurations, my antivirus, I have installed another version of the app, none of my other colleagues, who have the same Adobe plan, don't have any problems). I have even formatted my computer, and it was all worthless. My other apps from Adobe work just fine; the problem is in the Photoshop app. No error has been found in my computer... I don't know what to do anymore!
My computer is an Acer Nitro 5

Hi @paola_batista_pinto_4857, a few questions to start things off: Are you using the studio or gamer driver for your NVIDIA GeForce RTX card? Photoshop prefers the studio driver. System Memory (RAM)? 16 GB is recommended and even more if possible. How much free scratch space do you have? Photoshop likes a lot of space. We'd like to see your system info, but if you can't launch the app, then we'll have to figure out what's going wrong in other ways.

Hello! Answering your questions: I'm using the gamer driver, but I was using the other one when the problem began. I have 16 GB of RAM. English is not my first language. What do you mean by scratch space? Currently, I haven't downloaded many things I had on my PC before, so I have over 300 GB of free space. Is there anything else you need to know?

Thanks for the extra info, @paola_batista_pinto_4857. Make sure you have the latest Nvidia Studio driver. It shouldn't crash because of that in particular. Yes, scratch space is how much free space you have on your hard drive. Can you roll back to a previous release of Photoshop and see if it will launch? In the Creative Cloud app, click the three dot menu next to Photoshop, and click on Other versions. Maybe go back two releases to start with and see if it makes a difference.

@paola_batista_pinto_4857, okay, I'm sorry it's still not working for you. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, even if you tried it before. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Please let us know if you are still unable to launch Photoshop after this.

Hello again! I tried this solution, and it kind of worked for a while: I had to click to open Photoshop sometimes until it really opened, but now it isn't going past the initialization window again...
