My photoshop not works with RW2 file

Hi everyone,

I just had a Panasonic Lumix DC-G9 camera, and took the photo with the RAW format RW2 file, I am using the adobe CC with Mac computer, but it seems that it does not support the format of my camera's RW2 file, before I used canon gear to shoot RAW file it works with no problem, please help me

You must have an old version of Camera Raw installed.

In Photoshop click Photoshop > About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw to see which version you are running.

The Lumix DC-G9 has been supported since Camera Raw 10.1

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

The current version is Camera Raw 11.1.

Update your Camera Raw plugin via the Cloud desktop app and your camera will be supported.
