What is the file format the problem image?
Can you open the image with another app?  If yes, can you copy a screen shot of it to the clipboard, and paste into Photoshop?
What do you mean by 'I want to load a new a style as photo'?

It might be easier to understand your issue if you paste screen shots to this forum.

Your question is difficult to understand. It would be easier to grasp if you showed an analysis with photographs.

Open the image in paint and save the file as new JPG or PNG. Then it will not show this error message.

Please try and confirm

Perhaps if you explained in more detail what you are trying to achieve?

What exactly do you mean by 'load a new a style as photo' ?

It is not clear if your issue is that you have a corrupted image file that won't open in Photoshop, or that you are unable create a style.  Plus it is far from clear what and whre the 'style' aspect comes into things.

You have not really given us anything to work with, and we'd like to help if we only knew what you are asking?

The more information you can give us the better.

i.e.

What operating system are you using?

Do you have an image file that won't open in Photoshop, and if yes, will open in any other application or image viewer?

What is the file format (extension) of this image, assuming there is one.

When you say 'style' are you talking about Photoshop Layer Styles, or just a particular image 'look'.

Some of those questions have already been asked and not answered, so if you want some help, you absolutely need to help us to help you.

Exactly how did you convert it to the alternative format?
