My psd file freeze while i'm using photoshop

Question

Hi! I have a big problem with my photoshop and I don't know how to solve it...

Photoshop version : 25.5.1

Windows 10, with 32go ram, RTX3060, i7 12700kf

At times my psd file (not photoshop itself) freeze and I am forced to close the psd file and reopen it so that it stops freezing, I can select all the tools, touch the parameter ect.. but I can not interact with the psd file. And that this problem is very very frequent, for example it works 1h but then this problem happens, then then it does it to me every 5minutes.

I've tried to uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop and adobe creative cloud But that doesn't change anything.

I've updated all my drivers, put in the Nvidia studio driver and reset the preferences, but it's still going on.
