Hi @David330377657fhn can you explain the situation That definitely looks corrupted.
Did anything happen like a power failure or computer restart? Where are you saving this file (local HD, external drive, server, cloud service, etc)?

No power outage or other interruption when saving or working on it?
If not, I would run a HD check to make sure you don't have some sort of drive corruption with a bad sector causing file corruption. As @Peru Bob mentioned, if you don't have a backup - there's nothing we can do to restore at this stage.
