Try using the remove tool. It should do a pretty good job of extending the shirt and filling in where the jeans are.

 

The Remove Tool is nested in with the Spot Healing Brush. An easy way to find it is to go to Edit > Search and enter Remove Tool. The Discover panel will open and show you where the tool is.
