Não consigo selecionar objetos ou pessoas.

Ao tentar selecionar pessoas no ACR aparece a mensagem "Não foi possível selecionar pessoas nesta foto". Ao selecionar objeto, após marcá-lo com o pincel aparece uma caixa de diálogo com o erro "Não foi possível concluir a operação". Se seleciono assunto aparece caixa de diálogo informando a ocorrência de erro "Não foi possível carregar o modelo de seleção por IA". Já no PS aparece a caixa de diálogo "Não foi possível detectar objetos na cena" .  Já desisntalei e reinstalei o PS duas vezes. Estou com a versão mais recente do PS e do ACR (Versão Adobe Photoshop: 25.11.0 20240716.r.706 b326a7d x64; ACR  16.5.0.1954). Computador com memória RAM 32 Gb, bastante espaço livre em disco, 477Gb.

Are you working with multiple displays? Keep only one connected at a time to test for stability.

 

In Photoshop, press & hold the CTRL + ALT key and go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw Preferences and select 'Yes' when prompted to reset Camera Raw preferences.

In Photoshop, press & hold the CTRL + ALT key and go to Edit ... Answer: I did it. Sems that fixed the problem in PS, but not in ACR as you can see in the photos below
