Need a copy of camera raw 9.1.1 plugin for Photoshop cs6

I have a Canon 7D mark 2 and I can't get the DNG converter to see the the cs2 files. I tried to find a copy of Camera Raw 9.1.1 but no luck. What is the best location to find the file DNG converter for free?

    I tried using that conveter and it was unable to see the cs2 files.

    Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6?

      The update was grayed out, I can not select it.
