Need help emulating blue lighting

So I have this image from a photoshoot I did recently.

and I'm trying to recreate those blue light in this photo with the model while trying to make it natural. the lights behind her were drowned out when the photographer used his flash.

any ideas on how to go about editing/colour grading this?
