I recently downloaded a couple of (tpl) files. I have the newest version of photoshop, however everytime I try to load my tool presets I receive the error "Could not load tool preset _______ because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop". Along with that message, some files I try to open in photoshop also state "could not load tool preset becuase of a program error".
I need help, I really want to try out these brushes, but I keep trying and it's leading me nowhere at this point. Please help!
Yeah I went under window and tried to load through took preset that way. Since this file was a rat folder I thought that might've been the issue.
I found out that the rar file extractor that I used wasn't compatible with photoshop. I ended up downloading winrar instead and the tpl file imported perfectly!
hi i have a problem with tpl too and maybe you have fix for that too?
i loaded tpl file and accidentally clicked load as brushes or something like that and i want them to appear in tool presets window but when i reset tool presets and load them again it automatically loads as brushes and opens brushes menu
