NEED HELP QUICK SELECTION TOOL NOT WORKING! Photoshop 2025 and Wacom Update

I need help. I just updated to photoshop 2025 and my Wacom tablet also updated. I’m trying to use the quick select tool and be able to go back to parts I don’t want selected. I never had this issue in my entire life. I need help someone please help me thank you.

Hey, @Kathleen323739665yzz. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

It may not be related to Photoshop directly, Wacom has input shortcuts that can be configured. 

 

When you draw outwards (add to selection) the shift key input is simulated & for the opposite (remove from selection), the OPT key is it to be simulated. Please check help documentation at Wacom to set up the pen shortcuts.
