Hello,

We will need some more information before we can help you out,

Do you get an error message when you try to open it? If so, could you post a screenshot of the error.

What version of Photoshop do you currently have installed?

Are you working on Mac or PC?

Are you able to post the file?

You should just be able to double click (or right click open) the PSD file and it will open Photoshop up.

Hello!

I'm working on PC Asus VivoBook. I use Photoshop CC 2018. I don't get any

error message when I'm trying to open it. It's loading and then open the

home page.
