May someone can help me please to know this license plate number ? This person broke my back bumper and he ran away  . when I tried to take the picture my phone  was shaking

However don't get your hopes up. Unlike crime fiction programmes on TV, if there is no information visible then the chances are that nothing can be retrieved.
