Need to use Photoshop CC 2019 and Bridge CC 2019 apps

2020, 2021, and 2022 versions are slow at work I decided to downgrade and cannot use my Bridge CC 2019 >>> Camera Raw >>> PS CC 2019 workflow. Trying to open Camera Raw plugin is unable because of presence of CR 13 version.
How to disable Camera Raw 13 and get back CR 11?

You can download version 11 from here, just run the installer and it should overwrite version 13

ACR itself should not be a problem On my machine CC 2014, CC 2018, CC 2019, Photoshop 2020 and Photoshop 2021 version 22 all use ACR 13. Only CS6 uses ACR 9.1.1
