Hi @kathleen29865792uj09 this looks like a corrupt file. Does this happen with ALL raw files, have you formated your card, taken a new raw image and does it still happen?
Try resetting the Camera Raw preferences:
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Agreed, looks like data corruption. Can you upload this raw to something like Dropbox? If it is data corruption, you need to get to the bottom of what's happening before you shoot anymore. It could be the card, card reader, or cable from the reader, but you don't want this happening anymore.

Hi @kathleen29865792uj09 where is this file stored? Locally on your HD or ?
If not on your HD, what happens if you transfer to your HD first then open?
