Neues Abo, alter Programm Versionen nutzen, Kompatibilität

Question

Hallo in die Runde.Ich hatte bis vor kurzen dem CreativeCloud und nutze sämtliche Programme problemlos. Nun habe ich gekündigt und nur noch das Foto-Abo abgeschlossen. Obwohl ich Photoshop noch auf dem MAC habe, kann ich dieses nicht mehr öffnen und mir wird gesagt, mein Lizenzstatus sei abgelaufen. In meinem neuen Abo kann ich nur die neuste PS Veriosn downloaden, die ist aber nicht kompatibel mit meinem Betriebsystem, genau wie fast alle aktuellen Cloud Apps. Wie kann ich wieder auf meine ältere PS verison zugreifen? Muss ich sie neu runterladen und wenn ja wo?Danke für eure Hilfe!

Hi @hildep99938808. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've checked your account & you have an active subscription.

The first thing you can try to update the subscription info in Photoshop is to Sign out of the Creative Cloud app & sign in again.

If this does not work, try this:

In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) or CMD + OPT + T (macOS) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
Go to Task Manager & force stop any other Adobe-related processes & the process called 'Adobe IPC Broker' has to be closed after all the other tasks are closed.
Windows - Press Windows + R to open Run Dialogue > enter %TEMP% > Click on OK.
Delete any files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
Restart the computer
Sign in to Creative Cloud again and let me know if the issue exists.
