Neural filter (depth blur) not working

Everytime I try to open the Neural filter section and choose depth blur filter, photoshop was instantly shutting down. Any solution to this problem?

Hi there,

Please try reinstalling the app. Upon uninstalling Photoshop through the Creative Cloud app you may get a prompt asking you if you'd like to keep the preferences, please choose not to keep the preferences and uninstall Photoshop. Then reinstall it again and let us know if Depth blur works after that. 

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Hi which Photoshop version you are using ? latest version has some bugs yet try to use 2020...regards

Yes i am afraid mine does not work at the moment. i was trying to follow a tutorial using depth blur and when i tried to apply it, it said i needed to download it first, but then would download.

I have the same issue.  I click download. It downloads 100% then resets back to not being installed.
