Hi,

I've recently activated my 7-day trial of Photoshop to try out its neural filters. But everytime I try them, they always give me this error: "We've temporarily disabled this filter due to an error". And when I come back to try them again, my entire just shut down and restart (No BSOD). I've updated to the latest version of NVIDIA's Studio Driver. I've tried disabling Graphic Processor, forced neural filters to use CPU to no use.

My specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650

Thank you!!

Disabling the graphic proccessor also disables the Neural Filter it does not force them to use CPU.

Go to Photoshop Help>GPU Compatibility. Does it show all green for your card?

If so go to the help menu again and get System Info. Copy and Paste it in a reply.
